I have been stuck in the 82's for a few weeks now so I'm tracking some other stuff which is just as important as my scale number...
Fat ⬇️0.7% over the last 3 week Muscle ⬆️ 0.4% over the last 3 weeks
I am VERY happy with these 2 numbers. Very happy to be losing fat and gaining muscle. I can feel it in the gym, I push harder, it takes more effort to sweat, and I can do so many more reps and I can see the way my body shape is changing, clothes are definitely loser so I need to look at my body measurements next.
