I anticipated this fluctuation on the scale. For some reason I can't seem to lose a lb. & have it stay off without a little up & down first. Not sweating it, though. I know I'm headed in the right direction.

On a positive note I have achieved an NSV 😀 ( I learned a new FS term) I didn't do measurements in July when I started but decided to do that 9/13. So today I measured & am happy to say I have lost some inches! Bust 1", Waist 1/2", Tummy....drumroll please...2.5". Women my age understand what an achievement losing tummy inches is. I have friends who talk about losing weight because they have developed a tummy on an otherwise thin body.

Need to decide what to fix for dinner....
70.9 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
