Actually lost two pounds after eating everything in sight I had a weird few weeks feeling down and just ate and ate and ate but I'm back now and I'm not going to mess up again I've cut sugar and I'm not drinking my calories anymore which is a big issue with me.
80.0 kg Lost so far: 24.3 kg.    Still to go: 16.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
