I'll take that!! I have been so stressed out, a friend is in critical condition ICU after a work accident...trying hard to not over eat from the anxiety!!
75.7 kg Lost so far: 104.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
