Yesterday I was over 141 because Sunday was a carb fest..today back down to 138..its amazing how much weight can flucuate in one day! Thats why I dont normally weigh myself everyday...
62.7 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
