I have to change my habits, it's not good to go to bed at 2AM and wake up at 12PM. But hell, it's weekend, and I blame time difference with my bear. Good, it's East Coast, so only 6 hours... A very light brunch, because not really hungry. A mix of zucchini spaghetti, onions, mushrooms, and Japanese tofu. A added a little bit of curry and it actually tastes great! Should be less than 200c for this portion, and most of them come from my beloved ghee, I'd say (well and tofu as well).
53.1 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
