The started out well. 2 hard boiled eggs for breakfast in the car. 1 cup coffee with a little hwcream and no splenda. Lunch was plain tuna and arugula. Made a decent cauliflower soup and then I hit my wall. What is it with this after dinner deal?!?!? I least I binged on low carb stuff.
57.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.8 kg a Week
