YEA, the scale moved the right way this morning!!
65.0 kg Lost so far: 9.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

My foot is still sore but getting better. I'm out of the stupid boot and back into a sneaker with a small ankle brace. I'm hoping to be running or at least speed walking by the end of the week!
