So, cutting out Mayo and Milk and Doritos, I am exeriencing more weight loss! I lost another lb. and I weighed myself at 4pm so Im thinking I lost more than that! I will weigh myself later on. I am just keeping this new trend and I skiffes up, ate sone doritos last night, but I am no longer incorporating Doritos into my meal plan.
80.3 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week

Doing so well! It is best to just keep away from those darn chips isn't it? So hard to eat only a couple and they sure don't add much in the way of nutrition! Keep eating those pickles!! 😁

Yup, down to 174 now. I'm eating green olives as a snack to mow. I can't believe how many calories they have. 4 olives equals 25 calories. Anyways I go through a one gallon jar of pickles every 5 days. So good. I take a shot or 2 of pickle juice when I mow lawns between breaks. Always nice talking to you Melissa...😊

Good thing you keep busy mowing or the salt content in your system would overload! Better drink water! 😁 I thought of you when hurrying through Costco today and saw the pickles. I paused, but didn't buy... I should have! 😁
