Well I was at 148 BUT then spent 5 ays down south SO up a bit but not surprised. BBQ, Tailgating, eating out all not good oh plus some drinks!

Back on track today
68.4 kg Lost so far: 42.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
