hahaha 😂😂😂 after 🚽🚽🚽 weight reduce 0.4kg 😂😂😂 a lot of wast in colon was went from body.
🤔🤔 Seem zigzag diet is work for lost weight.Last week average weight is 83.4 while intake kcal 1400 and this week average intake 1700kcal but avg. weight is 82.1 , while i ate over 1800kcal for 4day but weight still go down. Great i will try to go on for zigzag diet one more week to see the result of my metabolism is improve or not
81.8 kg Lost so far: 14.7 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
