I didn’t realize the 3 in 1 instant coffee drinks I was having were 80 calories each, oops.. I made chicken fajitas for dinner and they were delicious. Definitely worth waiting for and skipping afternoon snack for..
Tomorrow I’ll cut back on the higher calorie drinks cause those seem to be jumping my count up quick when I’d rather be saving it for meal time.

I generally think it's best to eat my calories, rather than drink them. But I'm not giving up HWC in my coffee!
