At GYM scale today.. I will have another measurement at my home scale tomorrow morning to confirm this number.
98 kg Lost so far: 25.6 kg.    Still to go: 13 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes, a lot of researches, saying to put a small weight loss improvement like 100 gram a day and follow your weight everyday chasing this target.. It is a kind of motivation and strick follow up.. Thanks dear Nadeen for your support

Akoma, i didn't believe that i will see the same number specially by the end of the day.. But it was tge same at the end.. And i am happy for that 🙂.. Thanks dear for pushing me up.
