Thought i would be honest and weigh in at this heavy point. Crap week, ate terribly and no exercise....all related to very busy week at work. That said, i did not weigh in like i regularly do, 1st thing in the morning.
82.6 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
