No weight drop for 4 days now 😠
69.3 kg Lost so far: 9 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The dreaded plateau 😔 Hang in there! My last one lasted for a week, but then, finally, pounds started to drop again 🤞
