Stalemate on the weight.
Gonna try cutting out sugar and flour to see if it helps. Not gonna beat myself up though as I have lost 45lbs and at the lowest weight since junior high.
66.4 kg Lost so far: 23.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
