TGIF. Dr.'s scale was 264.8 GRRR!!!

BP this morning 122/82 without meds, which is so much better than last week at the Dentist's 145/85 on medication. Good thing they took it first before I sat there waiting 30 minutes and then had to change rooms to see the Dr. Our obligatory 15 minute visit was perfunctory and then over to wait some more for the phlebotomist, cuz ya know I can't see any Dr anymore without giving blood.

Trip home tomorrow will mean my last Challenge check in's unless there's time at the hotel over the next 4 days.
118.8 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 44.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

GGGRRR is right. The BP is great though. My GP is fabulous time wise, others not so much.
