happy monday all!!! I'm in complete disbelief...got on the scale for shuts and giggles thinking I gained again. but that wasnt the case. not too shabby for not really logging this weekend. I know I was bad, but i didnt feel like cooking.
94.0 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 39.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Eerin9, It looks like you have to eat like I do to lose weight. I'm eating roughly 50% or recommended calories--about 500-700 a day. If I eat anywhere near my recommended amount of 1350, I gain weight. I started in June at 212 and am down to 198. It wasn't til I drastically cut calories that I started gaining any ground. Stick with it!!!

Yeah I have to eat a lot less just have to be careful because my milk supply will drop if I dont eat enough. But every once in a while I have to shock the system and eat crappy food. That normally works. Just cant wait to see under 200. Great job doing that!!! Hopefully I'll soon be yhere
