Even though I didn’t manage my stress they way I should have this week, I still managed to lose a pound or 2. This tells me my lifestyle change is working. Even though I’m not 100% compliant I’m working to get better everyday.
81.0 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
