Got into the nuts again but only a little. Otherwise on track and feel like I am loosing inches.

79.1 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg. Still to go: 20.1 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Is that what they mean when they say "going nuts"? It is just hard sometimes to resist those things. At least it was only a little!
