I’ve lost a little over 10 pounds in a month and honestly I’m so proud of myself I haven’t been exercising much cause I work so much but I’ve been eating better. I haven’t been obsessing over weight loss like I used to when I was in high school and I think it’s made a huge difference in how I feel mentally which is effecting my body physically. Here’s to 10 more, the goal is to be under 200 but I’m not setting myself a time frame, I’ll get there when I get there and that’s what matters.
