45 g carbs. 15.7 g sugar.

I even used table salt for the home fries I made. Since I didn't eat any prepared meals/foods, my intake was better than target.

Way more control when I make my own meals. (Not always convenient, "possible.")

I have to use psyllium to reach my fiber target. This helps me out of the 'ol Catch 22 I typically end up in. Balancing Fiber, Sodium and Sugar/Carbs.
It's a triple crown I want badly.
