Weight gain over the summer has been awful. Today I’m aiming to get back into an exercise routine by starting Piyo up again, this time it will be the more challenging calendar. Last week I planned out about 6 months worth of Beachbody workouts that I intend to do because I literally have no time to leave the farm except for grocery/kids school stuff. It’s canning season so that is what my world revolves around at the moment; my house feels like it’s filthy in every way and so does my routine being out of wack. BUT it’s only the 2nd week of school
which means I haven’t slacked off too much since the end of summer to get things going again. At the moment I’m also watching blood sugar and trying to see what is causing all my health complaints, I’m starting to see that everything about me is “normal” and leaning towards what my dr says which is in just an overworked mom that’s constantly under stress.
81.3 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week
