Well here I am again back at square one! It's Monday a good day to start fresh and do what I'm supposed to do. I should be way further along on this 50 lbs by now! I just love to eat and hate to exercise a very negative combination. I'm gonna try to get and stay on track today I could use some encouragement.
Well it's afternoon and I'm not doing to bad so far I did have a bagel with reduced fat cream cheese for lunch instead of my Slim Fast because I'm not feel well today for some reason I have flu-like symptoms complete with nausea and the like.
I'm thinking of trying to jog a little bit I've read that it burns more calories than walking. I don't know if I can tolerate it or not with my FM but I think I'll give it a try.
OOPS! I'm 5 pts over guesus I'll have to borrow from my weekly pts allowance for my "day off supper".
