Made it through 36 hour fast. Now to eat. That's a problem. Am going to go buy breakfast food and food for rest of the day.

They don't have to be different! I've read that, before eating, take 2t ACV diluted in water and sipped through a straw, to help prepare stomach. Then, have a small quantity of easily-digestible foods for your first meal and rest for 30 minutes before you eat more.
