Down a tich this morning. All the walking at the festival yesterday probably counteracted whatever I ate, but I managed to be pretty good anyway. Chose a Greek salad with chicken on top from the food trucks instead of the customary Greek Pita and sharing fries with my sister. Not a huge sacrifice since I like Greek salad.
Dinner of beef & broccoli with rice (portion reduced to half a cup) wasn't too high in calories. I did finish off the evening with THREE shortbread cookies for 210 calories. I chose these cookies at the grocery store bakery cause they were 70 calories each instead of the 120 to 190 each calorie count in some other favorites. I can choose to eat one or more depending on how many calories left in the "budget". 😊 Having a traditional bacon & egg breakfast today.
72.2 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
