I am logging food and doing alright! I am lacking on making time for sleep though. Yesterday I was cutting line around a fire in Plymouth. Fire is out! Cardio has improved tremendously! Most likely will have project work today, which should make it easier to log food and stay on track!
70.2 kg Lost so far: 16.0 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
