Up and down up and down. This story is getting old but not discouraged since I have made my original goal and am not working on a cushion to stay below it.

Not sure I can work out this morning. Body hurts all over between the rain, working out yesterday then 8 1/2 on my feet lifting heavy piles of dishes and almost running the whole time.

Not sure what I want to eat today. No time to really cook before work so may just raid the freezers. There are plenty of prepared meal there. Hopefully I will get time to eat before 9:30 tonight.
