Ate more than I should have yesterday but am still showing a slight lose. Today the calorie count is even higher. Will see what happens.

Yesterday made 2 braid loaves of bread. Will take one to work for the help and will freeze the new one with pineapple for me. Also made watermelon pops for the grand kids but will probably end up eating some myself.

Just finished my menu for today. Created a new recipe for dinner tonight. Asian chicken and orzo. Made with homemade vegetable stock from mostly saved scrap vegetables that I keep in the freezer. Only 280 calories. My BLT for lunch has almost twice as many calories.
53.5 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
