Ended up having a reasonable but vegetarian meal last night, not that high in protein but filling with some extra fruit. Increasing my fiber.
Continuing those 'isometrics.' Now up to the addition of a type of sit up with leg raising, holding, and releasing. Also started the bike, but not a lot yet.
