Started a 3 day cleanse if you will. It includes eliminating all salty foods, carbs and sweets; some sort of body detox product (I’m using 3 glasses of acv in water every day, detox tea, and vitamin D gummies); drinking water only, no sugary drinks or alcohol; eating only lean meat and raw vegetables; and a 45 min workout for all three days. It’s past lunchtime on the first day and so far so good. However, I do have terrible follow through. 🤞
