Not a big loss but better than a gain. I haven't cut my calories back down yet. I'm hoping I can keep them up and still keep losing . It sure feels good to have a snack besides a growling stomach waiting for the next meal :)
47.3 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
