Feeling pretty good this morning!! I was so worried about my weigh in this morning.. past two weeks been fluctuating and I have just been sick about it.. Still struggling with the water intake - increased my veggies as much as I could daily.. I'm a WORK in PROGRESS!!

So happy to announce I FINALLY got out of the 180's!! :D I am at 179.4!!! Didn't want to be in the 180's for a full month! This is a big milestone accomplished.. 31 down and 25+ more to go!!
EDITED: I stand corrected - I mean 30.6 pounds down

This just proves to me AGAIN that this way of eating, even when I am eating nonstop WORKS.. 31 pounds gone FOREVER!!

We're in this together! Let the Journey Continue!

Congratulations! Isn't it funny that breakthroughs have a tendency to happen just when we need it most??? It's a test of faith! Keep up the good work. I am looking forward to hearing more. :)
