The warrior diet is IF, correct? Unfortunately I'm one of the few women who cant fast. It screws my hormones up to much and when I fast I start losing my hair

Hi Michelle, it is struggle indeed! Have you tried LCHF / Keto? Even without intermittent fasting it’s very effective and doesn’t take too long

Just relax. The more you stress the more weight you gain. Remember loosing weight is a process.... 80% - eating habits. 20% - training.

Keto works

I dont mean to be personal but dont you perhaps have a medical condition? Having an under active thyroid can also prevent you from losing the weight you should be losing! I struggle terribly with weight loss and keeping it off because of my thyroid! Just a thought!

Hi Gaylene. I have been tested and apparently everything is working as it should. So I dunno. As for the other comments. Doing Keto/ LCHF in my house is a real struggle. My mom in law lives with us and she does the cooking

Thats at least a good thing so you can work on losing weight without medical struggle. I just count calories... Every calorie... And try keep below 1000, for now. Only getting back into it now. Good luck, I hope you find something that works foe you!

You got this, don't give up 😁 I'm in a similar position where I'm very very active and eat frugally and still manage to put on weight! Sometimes it come down to body type and what type of efficiency you body takes - for example I'm a mesomorph and fat/protein efficient and I need to eat accordingly. Maybe check it out?

Drink 2 to 3 L water a day! one of the most important steps to weight loss that people ignore

You don't seem to be tracking calories consistently so what is your actual plan of action? There is a saying that has helped me - a goal without a plan is just a wish. You could make some progress before your holiday, but I think you need a plan in place even if it's taking baby steps and adopting one healthier habit every week. Cutting out sugar in your coffee this week and adding a daily 10 to 20 to eventually 30 minute walk the next. If you're really serious then meal planning is an idea, but decide on how many calories you're aiming for and work towards a weekly average so you can have the occasional treat on some days, which makes it all manageable and sustainable. You don't have to starve yourself to lose weight - your body still needs fuel to function. Good luck!!!

I am on medication for depression and this is known to put on weight. I used to be so slim. I work out 5 days a week and have no sugar or starch but nothing budges the scale. It in itself is depressing!Seeing psychiatrist soon to change meds.

@ Beth.....who was the helping comment for? I hardly have any starches. No sugar. Have cut out milk from my coffee. No I dont track calories but I've never previously needed to. Saw a dietician years ago but they are getting expensive lately and dont think the meal plan from 10 years is all that relevant anymore. I walk for 30 minutes every day. Drink 3L of water.

I have the same problem. I exercise 5 days a week, count calories but dololo weight loss. I'm in my early 40s and I think it could be part of issue. Metabolism has come to a complete halt
