Bad day today.. had pizza for lunch and a big Mac & small fries for dinner ( Big Mac's are $3 until tomorrow) so not the best day overall.. but tomorrow is a new day!
97.8 kg Lost so far: 20.2 kg.    Still to go: 16.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
