Well pound gained is lost! Yippee!I did a cardio fast yesterday. Tried a new HItt class at gym. Good to mix things up a bit.
62.6 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
