😟 Not sure why I gained anther .2 lbs. Maybe water weight. No alcohol and under on my calorie count.
73.8 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

perhaps you didnt sweat as much as the day before. you may have been a little more sedentary than other days. This happens when your body is tired and your not walking around as much. You can gain .2 lbs. from breath in through your nose instead of your mouth at nightime. Nothing to worry about... promise..

Your body weight can fluctuate by 5 pounds a day. Food, water, no bowel movement, more sodium, etc. .2 is literally nothing
