I'm chuffed I've lost a bit. Today the plan is to have a small Sunday dinner. chicken, new pots, peas, spinach, gravel, stuffing.
91.3 kg Lost so far: 12.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
