I am happy. !! this week was hard! I got to work yesterday and the owners bought Chinese food for lunch..a huuge seafood platter, fried rice white rice (🤦) chicken and broccoli chicken and shrimp shrimp and veggies beef and veggies beef and broccoli.. the fried egg rolls spring rolls you name it it was in the conference room. I just wanted to cry. and all of it was smothered with that salty tasty sauce! I know it would bloat me so I ate only three pieces of shrimp and ate the avocado and seafood out of the rolls. and one small forkfull of the rice (which I really didn't have to have, I just haven't had rice in three months and wanted to see if I was still addicted to it...I'm not..lol) I'm really not missing out, it's more mental than anything. I sure don't miss the bloat. I just chased it all with water and detox water ( lemon ginger mint and apple cider vinegar) and ate pumpkin seeds. came home and had a meatless chicken patty for a small dinner. and kombucha. ate my probiotic prunes and my figs. and went to bed. lol
63.0 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.9 kg a Week

Wow! Great job at controlling yourself! I think you have achieved mindfulness in your choice of food. The most important factor in fat loss in my opinion. Great!
