158 FEELS GREAT! Yesterday evening for dessert I had my Double Chocolate Devils Food Cake with Orange Cream Cheese Frosting:) Yummy.

I am doing what is required to feel good about myself because I am worth the effort! TOWANDA!

I quit Smoking cigarettes finally for good after a 19 year habit. The gal I used to walk with during our lunch break back in 1994 said to me once you quit this time "Never take another drag off another cigarette" because you are addicted. So... I listened and have been smoke free ever since...I am not a slave to nicotine anymore, What Freedom! I quit cold Turkey and made it a memorable event and day. Taking the last cigarette I lit it with a lit candle that was on a table that I had set up along with a photograph of my family, flowers, crystals and had soothing music playing in the background. I released the nicotine for I knew this habit had to stop.

My addiction to sugar is different as I don't believe I should quit it all together I just need to be reasonable with things like icecream, cookies and candy but it wouldn't be in our best interest to give it up totally. This past May I decided to have another such ceremony and the following text is how I let it go with the understanding now that it will always present itself in my life and I will allow myself the joy of enjoying a cake or cookie but with control and in moderation.
71.7 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Lisa.. Your doing awesome!! but crazy Fatsecret does say your losing 10.5 lbs a week!!! It's so weird the way it does that!!!
