Back in the gym today from taking a long break 🤦🏼‍♀️ so glad I didn’t gain too much. Was keeping up with my good eating habits. I’ll continue. Need to stay away from soda. Got the fried food almost mastered too.
76.0 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 14.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
