Cool. This must be Muscle Gain since yesterday. I lifted a heavy box. Resistance Training for the win. Or, maybe it's just a heavy large intestine from having carbs yesterday. Running Nikotine free made me weak and I dug into some carbs. There is no more carbs in the house today, so I'm curious on what the scale say tomorrow.
76.6 kg Lost so far: 52.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 9.1 kg a Week
