So I realized today that my scale has a 3 lb variance depending on which tile square it's seated on...so I either weighed 149.6 this morning, or 152lbs. In either case, since I weigh at most 152 this week, maintaining still feels like a victory since last week's weight was after three days of a nasty flu and I was both dehydrated and hadn't eaten in three days. Now re-hydrated and eating, I'm still at the same weight, which I think means I lost a little. More importantly, I've been making better food choices and excercising four days this week. I also just found a walking buddy for lunch hour at work! Let's hope this is the turning of a new leaf.
