Happy Days!!! Down again!!! My coworker and I have been diligent about getting out and walking/jogging everyday this week. And we've even imporived our time...dare we say we're running more now!! Getting closer to my goal of being 180 (or less) by the time we go to Florida! And that is just under 6 weeks now! Oh, happy days!
