UPSET :( Didn't do much different food wise than I have been but have a 2 pound gain...i'm hoping its water weight since i can't workout. I was doing so good and this stupid ankle is throwing my progress off :(
65.5 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks! I'm trying to stay positive but stepping on the scale this morning did not help.
