I remember when I used to get anxiety and wanted to eat because of habit or boredom I use to run to the mirror and remind myself why I was not gonna ruin the day by eating without hunger

So, what was your wrestling weight in HS? What year did you graduate HS? And softball..was it fast pitch? Slow pitch?

Terrapin12, Graduated in 1980 and I wrestled at 191. I played slow pitch softball. Thank you everyone...I have a lot of people I watch...Draglist, rosio19 and a few others for direction but I thank all of you for the encouragement.
