I know it's oonly been the last three days, but I've been trying to watch portions, done some pilates and some walk/jog intervals, and cut back on some desserts and late-night snacking. It feels good, and I'm hoping I rounded a corner. I'll weigh in tomorrow morning and start a new weekly weight.
