Welp it seems my goal of 190 by the time school starts (August 15) isn't happening. So new goal!! Be in the 190s by school and hit goal by September 1st.
92.5 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
