I don't feel the least bit bad about my way in today. Yesterday my calorie intake was almost 2000 and I should be right around a 1000 or less and it wasn't much better the day before. I don't feel any worse or any better by eating all those carbs but today it is back to my planned diet. I am happy with my weight at the moment but do want to lose a little more. Now for the exercise to tighten things up. That is difficult at my age.
54.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 0.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
