I work part-time at a carwash where I've been working since 2001. Last night I was getting ready to eat dinner I had a phone call for an equipment breakdown so I had to go back into town and deal with that so I ate very late last night and a lot of junk food when I got home I'm sure my body just hasn't fully processed the Food prior on my weigh in
84.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
